48. Chien-Ming Wang - New York Yankees (27 years old)

Wang is an extreme groundball pitcher much like LA's Derek Lowe and Arizona's Brandon Webb, and his value probably lies somewhere in between those two.  He won't strike anybody out like Webb, but he'll likely get better run support and defense than Lowe.

49. Odalis Perez - Kansas City Royals (28 years old)  

Perez is a head case that has never been able to regain the form he had in 2002 when he won 15 games with a 3.00 ERA for the Dodgers. He makes an OK endgame pick, but at this point in his career, playing in KC, it may not be worth it.

50. Luke Hudson – Kansas City Royals (30 years old) If you like career AAAA starters who strike out less batters than a situational lefty and sport a career BB/9 rate of 4.44 then Hudson is your man. There is upside...somewhere buried deep down beneath the mountain of mediocrity.
