13. Ryan Shealy Kansas City Royals
Now that he's out of Todd Helton's shadow and playing in the American League, Shealy can show the baseball nation he can hit major league pitching on a consistent basis. Something he did regularly at every stop during his minor league career Once dealt to the Royals at last season's trade deadline, he exploited his opportunity. In just 193 at bats as a Royal, Shealy hit .280 including 7 dingers, 36 RBI and a .301 average with RISP. All eerily similar to his minor league numbers. While mixed leaguers may want to see a larger big league sample, Shealy has upside in AL-only formats.

14. Sean
Casey Detroit Tigers
The
32-year-old Casey batted .529 with two home runs and five RBI in the World
Series, but his .245 average with five homers and 30 RBI in 53 games with the
Tigers last season is what owners should expect from the veteran. His batting
skills have diminished considerably over the last two seasons and he should be
considered nothing more than an AL-only option on Draft Day.
