At look at NBA player personnel... pick'em up and let'em go...

Can you say under the radar?

 Andrew Bogut

Picker Uppers

Jarvis Hayes - I'm going to go out on a limb here and add this former Georgia Bulldog as someone to pick up. He's hot, he's cold, he's warm, he's off... It's nearly impossible to keep up with this guy. But I think he's someone who can help. The facts do not lie here: over his last five games, Hayes is scoring 12.0 PPG and grabbing 2.8 RPG. Those numbers are a bit skewed since they include games of 29 and 17 points as well as 2 and 5 points. But in the middle there is a nice average. This guy can shoot from deep. He's been on lately, and he can keep it going for now.

Thaddeus Young - Oh my god the 76ers are on fire! And Young is helping lead them to victory. Over his last three games, the rookie is averaging 10.67 PPG and grabbing a solid 7 boards. Those are pretty good numbers, especially while he comes off the bench. Best of all, he's efficient too. His last game he was a solid 6-of-8 from the field and 4-of-5 from the free throw line.

Andrew Bogut - Can you say under the radar? I would have figured that this would be obvious at this point in the season, but Bogut is still owned in every fantasy league - and I can't figure out why. He missed two games last week with a thigh bruise, but since he's been back he's gone for 16 and 16. Those are Dwight Howard numbers, people. Get on this bandwagon. If the boneheads in your league don't have Bogut, go get him.

Drop It Like it's Hot

Willie Green - Hopefully Green doesn't figure into your lineups too much - not if you plan on winning at least. But there is just no reason to have him on your roster anymore. He's in the starting lineup, but getting reserve-status minutes. March has not been kind to Green. He's scoring more than two points less this month than any other month this season. His rebounding numbers are at their lowest too. And his shooting has followed, falling to 44-percent.

Kendrick Perkins - When you're hot, you're hot. When you're cold, Perkins, you are very chilly. After five-straight games with double digit scoring and rebounding to begin the month, Perkins has slowed considerably. Over his last six games, he's scoring less than 4 PPG - including a game where he was bageled. Ouch.

Linas Kleiza - Is he a very nice player? Absolutely. But he is just far too inconsistent to consider sticking in your lineups these days. His last four games are like a roller coaster - 10, then 7; but a 23 followed by a 3. After a January where Kleiza scored more than 14 points per, his average in March has fallen all the way 9.3. He helps the Nuggets a lot all over the floor, but doesn't have the same value on the fantasy sheets.
