Last year, the Rams selected Tye Hill with
their first round pick, and he was a major contributor this past season. St.
Louis may add to their secondary with this selection with a player like
Darrelle Revis, but they will look to upgrade another area on defense. Ole
Miss linebacker Patrick Willis is a beast and fits a need, but Jamaal
Anderson gives St. Louis a promising rush end to pair with Leonard
Little.

The Panthers are known for having a quality
defense every year, but injuries seem to always pull them down. Adding help in
the secondary with the selection of a safety is a possibility. Florida’s Reggie
Nelson is a player that could help, but the Panthers have had injury problems
with their linebackers. Carolina hopes Patrick Willis adds some
stability.

There are plenty of quality linebackers on the
board, but adding a defensive back will help the defense tremendously. Pitt’s
Darrelle Revis proved his critics
wrong during his pro-day and will now star for the Steelers.

The Packers are in an interesting situation.
Brett Favre announced he will return this season. Ahman Green just signed
with the Houston Texans. And the secondary needs help at safety. Florida’s
Reggie Nelson is available and he’s a tempting choice for the Packers, but
with the need for a starting running back, Cal’s Marshawn Lynch is the
easy selection.
