With Deon Grant signing with the Seattle
Seahawks, the Jaguars need to address the safety position. Jacksonville has to decide on the safety
they desire. But with Ted Ginn Jr.
available, he gives the Jaguars instant offense on special teams and a speed
receiver on offense. The safety position can wait until the second round.

The Bengals have many holes on defense and
it’s obvious they need help in many areas. Do they draft a linebacker,
defensive back, or add depth on the defensive line? That’s a tough question
with the players available, but adding a huge defensive tackle like Michigan’s Alan Branch is just what the Bengals’
run defense needs.

The recent suspension of Pac Man Jones puts
the Titans in a difficult situation. Tennessee
has to find a player that can duplicate his production on defense and special
teams. The Titans also need help at receiver to supply Vince Young with a
reliable target. But the need for a cornerback is the biggest concern and
adding Young’s former teammate, Texas’
Aaron Ross, is the right pick.

The Giants decided to cut ties with former
first round pick Luke Petitgout, and that leaves a hole on the offensive
line. Central Michigan’s Joe Staley is a
possibility, but its a little high for Staley to be selected at this pick. So
the Giants look to address another position, linebacker. Penn State’s
Paul Posluszny gives the Giants an
instant leader on defense.
